Game Preview: Raptors 905 vs Northern Arizona Suns The Raptors 905 will begin their five game road trip tonight when they visit the Northern Arizona Suns. The 905 have won six straight contests, and will look to continue their success on the West Coast. This will be the loan meeting of the season between the Suns and 905. The Suns are coming off a 117-113 win over the Los Angeles D-Fenders, to even their record at 18-18. The stretch drive for the playoffs begins now, where the 905 will play 13 games in the next 33 days.

Road success: The Raptors 905 boast a 13-2 record on the road, and a 28-9 record overall, both of which are first in the D-League.
Come from behind: After winning the past five games by more than nine points, the Raptors 905 found themselves in trouble early against the Rio Grande Valley Vipers on Monday night. The 905 didn’t panic and came back from down 17 in the first half to win the game, 104 -93. Following the win, Head Coach Jerry Stackhouse liked what he saw from his team in the come back, “We pride ourselves on being a really good defensive team, and I’m as proud as I can be of this group.”
More Leslie, Less Problems: Raptors 905 forward CJ Leslie has averaged 21 points while shooting 58% and adding nine rebounds per game over his last four contests.
Defensive stand off: While the 905 are first in the D-League allowing just 99.4 points per game, Northern Arizona doesn’t sit far behind, allowing 103.7 points per game, which puts them third in the D-League.
Uncharted waters: The 905 have not played four of the five teams they will face this road trip.
